Talking Tactics is this year's theme, which has an exciting and challenging programme geared towards helping you develop your strategy. This two-day Conference provides time out to reflect and devise some genuinely creative ideas that will keep your shops as vibrant and successful as they have ever been.

This year we have introduced focus session streaming, to make it easier to choose from the array of sessions on offer. Whatever your level and specialism, we have interactive sessions to suit your development needs!

Awards
On Monday night, delegates can relax and celebrate all that is wonderful and uplifting about working in charity retail at our Awards gala dinner, hosted by award-winning comedian Stu Goldsmith. Don't forget to enter for an award yourself. Closing date for Awards entries is Friday 17 May.
