It’s a very exciting time at The Donna Louise as we continue on our ambitious retail growth strategy. Do you have what it takes to be our new Head of Retail and lead on our plans to open a significant number of new shops across our region?

You will be responsible for maximising profit from all retail activities by leading on the development and implementation of an ambitious retail growth strategy. You will also need to ensure that our retail operation delivers enhanced brand awareness and increased community engagement across Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

We have big plans for retail growth across Staffordshire & South East Cheshire and we want you to drive this forward. This is as an exciting opportunity to further develop our retail portfolio and build a team for the future. You will need to lead with enthusiasm, be an effective manager, and have a proven track record in charity or commercial retail development. The ideal candidate will have experience of working at a strategic level within the charity retail sector and a proven ability to deliver significant and sustainable sales and profit growth, while carefully controlling costs, across multiple stores.

This is a full time, permanent position and will require travel throughout the catchment area.

Interviews are planned for 8th May 2019 at the hospice although this is subject to change.
