Volunteers’ Week – here’s what some of our members have been up to

For volunteers week Acorns have displayed the attached poster in each of their shops, provided cakes, and have a series of thank you messages that are being posted on social media throughout the week.

They are also providing 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 year service pins to 59 of their volunteers. Those that have 20 and 25 years will also be receiving a bouquet of flowers. There are five volunteers celebrating 20 years each at Acorns’ Knowle shop. In order to mark this tremendous commitment, CEO Toby Porter will present the pins and flowers himself at the shop (see main image).
