The Charity Retail Association is proud to announce that has joined the Department of Work and Pensions‘ scheme, Disability Confident. It aims companies successfully employ and retain disabled people and those with health conditions. It was developed by employers and disabled people’s representatives to make it rigorous but easily accessible – particularly for smaller businesses.
The Association’s CEO, Robin Osterley, said: ““We are delighted to join the Disability Confident scheme. We are inclusive and accessible in our recruitment and want our workplace to provide opportunities for all.”
