Coronavirus and Conference booking

After much consideration and with the health and wellbeing of our members at the forefront of our minds, we have taken the hard decision to cancel the Charity Retail Conference 2020.

Anyone who has already booked a place as a delegate will be notified and offered a full refund. Exhibitors and sponsors are being contacted directly about their options.

We are planning on offering additional events in the autumn for learning and engagement and will announce further details about these in the near future.


Our annual flagship conference will return on Tuesday 30 June – Wednesday 1 July 2020 at East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham, NG7 2RJ.
