About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager with experience of working in a busy retail environment.
The role involves mobile working to assist the Shop Manager during busy periods or to cover days off, absence and holidays. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a small team or supervising a team as the role may require managing shops in the absence of the Manager. You will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work within a team and manage volunteers and a passion for working towards targets and supporting the Hospice.
You must be able to travel between our shops in the Surrey/Middlesex areas: Addlestone, Ashford, Barnes, Chertsey, Chessington, East Sheen, Egham, Feltham, Ham, Hounslow, Richmond, Shepperton, Staines, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surbiton, Teddington, Twickenham, Walton, Weybridge, Whitton.
