Taking full ownership of the day-to-day management of up to 25 shops, you’ll maximise the income potential of each one as you lead and inspire your team of branch managers, staff and volunteers to attain outstanding results.
With sound retail management experience (ideally gained in a multi-site environment), you’ve proved that you can achieve budget, revenue, cost and profit targets, as well as Key Performance Indicators. Outstanding leadership, team-building and organisational skills are also important, along with the ability to implement the highest quality standards alongside innovative business practices.
