This is a hugely exciting time to join our Hospice Retail team as we transform our retail network. We have big ambition and we seek someone who is highly motivated, innovative, target driven and with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate would have evidence of managing strong network of shops as well as leading on effective stock management ensuring there is the right stock in the right place at the right time.
Hospice’s Retail team is responsible for generating vital funds to support the Hospice’s work in providing end of life care. Hospice care is truly special. It’s not about dying, but living every day to its fullest. It is about making memories with loved ones and support when facing difficult choices. We are seeking an experienced proven, commercially focused retail professional who wants an exciting new challenge and is passionate about enabling the care we provide.
As our Area Manager you will be a key driver of setting up processes that lead to increase sales and profits, customer satisfaction and effective team. You would be able to successfully lead and inspire your direct reports as well as build strong relationships across all areas of retail. This role is a very hands on and busy role, and no two days will be the same.
