We are a growing and thriving charity shop brand. We believe in serving our local community, creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and ensuring our donors know that we are grateful for their support.
We are looking to recruit an assistant manager working 25 hours week, over 6 days including weekends across our 2 shops. Relevant charity shop retail management experience is essential. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and have a proven track record in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial accounting and be IT literate.
You are a seasoned professional, well versed in all aspects of running a charity shop. You have excellent people training/supervisory/management, communication and customer service skills. You know how to work with volunteers and the rota and can keep the shop looking its best at all times. You are up to date with current health and safety legislation, know how to keep everyone adhering to policy and process and understand systematic, accurate and smart ways of working.
Contract: Part Time (25 hours per week variable rota)
