We are looking to recruit an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our busy Donation Centre in Dogflud Way, Farnham. As part of the vibrant warehouse team you will support the Warehouse and Logistics Manager along with a team of loyal volunteers and will assist in the day to day operation within the warehouse which includes sorting stock, including furniture, in preparation to go the shops and showroom.

Working proactively using your initiative you will be expected to think on your feet.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain relationships in the local community.

Ideally applicants will have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, some charity retail knowledge (although not essential), together with experience of working in a warehouse environment.

This is a physically demanding role involving the sorting, lifting and moving of donated items, there will also be the occasional need to work with the wider logistics team in the moving of heavy furniture.

The role is 24 hours per week worked over 3 days Monday to Saturday on a rotation basis.
