Job Description

We are recruiting for a Business Manager to manage and develop our social enterprises whilst providing meaningful work experience and role development for the Companions we support.

Sussex Emmaus is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. We provide accommodation for 58 people, helping them out of homelessness and providing them with a place to feel safe and secure whilst supporting them to develop and thrive.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and dynamic Business Manager to oversee our business operations. Reporting to the Chief Executive you will be a key member of the senior management team developing a 5-year business strategy to drive income that aligns with our organisational strategic priorities and charitable purpose. We are looking for someone with excellent business acumen, a passion for achieving targets, and that has the drive and enthusiasm to support our mission.
