CHAS is a charity on a mission. We’re going to make sure that wherever there’s a child in Scotland with a life-shortening condition we’re on hand to support them and their family. We want to make sure that no matter how short their time together, it is filled with moments of joy.
This exciting new role will help to shape the CHAS Retail strategy as we strive to achieve this ambition. You will lead our retail team in charity shops in Kinross and Dunfermline, as well as identifying opportunities for growth.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with commercial experience and proven success within a charity retail environment. An excellent communicator with strong organisation and numeracy skills, you will have the ability to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people as well as a commitment to working with volunteers.
Every week three children die in Scotland from an incurable condition. Right now CHAS can only reach 1 in 3 of those families. We are determined to reach them all. And that means, quite simply, that we need to raise more money. Only then can we keep the joy alive for every family as they face the hardest challenge of all.
37.5 hours per week (Any five days out of seven)
