Due to our growing retail department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Charity Retail Store Manager to join our hub in Pampisford!
‘The Hub’ is a welcoming retail space where we sell public donations, it is the perfect solution for those who are house clearing or home making.
As the Charity Retail Store Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Retail to provide management oversight, direction and support in the Retail Hub, ensuring that company policies are implemented, and that sales and profit are maximised.
Main duties will include:
- Ensuring the retail space is fully stocked and has a high standard of merchandising and housekeeping
- Ensuring that regular and seasonal promotions are carried out on the shop floor
- Organising incoming donations
- Monitoring the hubs shop pricing and income
- Working alongside our shop staff and volunteers to ensure that relevant training and support is provided
You will act as an ambassador and advocate for the mission and values of ARHC and, thereby, to promote and raise the profile of the Charity.
We are looking for someone who is an inspirational leader and has an experience in managing and developing staff and volunteers.
You must have previous retail experience, excellent customer service skills and an effective product knowledge to maximise sales potential.
This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible rota over 7days (including weekends)
