We have an exciting opportunity for someone with retail experience to join us in our new shop in Tewkesbury

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic shop manager to help us establish our new retail brand and be responsible for the day to day running of the store. Experience of working with a volunteer team is important and a sense of humour is a must!

Cotswold Riding for the Disabled is a well-established charity based at Cheltenham Racecourse. We are so much more than just a riding school – it is a supportive community of over 220 disabled adult and children riders, their families, schools, colleges, care homes, trustees, volunteers, staff and of course, our herd of very special ponies. Our charity shop is the latest of our innovative new activities aimed at supporting our RDA family.
