Job Description

Eproductive work with over 100 charity retailers, providing powerful, effective, cloud-based tech solutions that are easy to use and simple to train.

Our EPOS solution is already being used by many charities, and due to rapid growth we are now in looking for a Client Support Co-ordinator to join the team at a busy and exciting time.

The successful candidate will be involved in the whole process from sales, project planning, training and post rollout client support.

They will need to:

  • have experience working in charity retail- eg. retail/ area manager
  • be organised and self-motivated
  • have excellent interpersonal skills
  • be computer literate (Microsoft Office, experience with sales reporting etc)

Additional Information

The successful candidate must be prepared to travel across the UK with regular days at our Camden office and some overnight stays.
