Job Description

The Role:

The Cluster Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their own location and a small group of furniture retail shops.

They will be responsible for monitoring financial and staff performance in line with business KPI’s to ensure sales targets are met, standards and visual merchandising meet business expectations and brand, and customer and donor experience is delivered.

They will also support individual shop managers in their professional development and in developing their teams.
