We provide symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as family centred specialist short breaks both at the hospice and in the community setting. Our multidisciplinary team also provides physiotherapy, dedicated play, music and holistic therapies, as well as support and counselling for all the family.

Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Cluster Support Manager working 37.5 hours’ week, Monday to Sunday. The successful applicant will support the Field Operations Manager with all aspects of day to day running of a cluster of Claire House charity shops within an agreed geographical area, to help maximise shop sales, profits and compliance. They will support & develop Shop Managers to achieve excellent standards, results & best practice.

Relevant retail management experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. The successful candidates will have experience in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial figures and are ICT literate. Excellent people supervisory/management, communication and customer service skills and experience is a must. It is essential to have experience in recruiting and working with volunteers.
