We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Cluster Support Manager working 37.5 hours’ week, Monday to Sunday. The successful applicant will support the Field Operations Manager with all aspects of day to day running of a cluster of Claire House charity shops within an agreed geographical area, to help maximise shop sales, profits and compliance. They will support & develop Shop Managers to achieve excellent standards, results & best practice.
Relevant retail management experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. The successful candidates will have experience in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial figures and are ICT literate. Excellent people supervisory/management, communication and customer service skills and experience is a must. It is essential to have experience in recruiting and working with volunteers.
