Job Description

Temp for 3 months – Monday 3 July to Friday 29 September 2017

Location: Charity Retail Association, 4th floor, Resource for London building, 356 Holloway Road, London N7 6PA

Purpose of the role:  To ensure that CRA resources containing charity shop data are up to date and accurate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contact charity retailers via email/phone call and/or access their websites to gather information about their charity shops, such as locations and specialisms
  • Data entry into our Salesforce database, Excel spreadsheet, and WordPress website database

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Good working knowledge of databases (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience of WordPress website admin
  • Excellent eye for detail and communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Personable and professional phone manner
