Deputy Manager

Job Description

Cotswold RDA Trading Limited is looking for a Deputy Manager to join the retail team!

It is a very exciting time as we open our shops in Tewkesbury High Street, Longlevens Coop and expand into online sales of pre loved clothing and accessories to include an equine and country clothing speciality.

As with all new ventures, flexibility is a must! The role would be part time to start but may expand to full time in line with the success of trading.

This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference and to build a career.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Providing the Shop Manager with support in all operational duties
• Managing the shop in the Shop Manager’s absence
• Developing and maintaining on-line sales
• Assisting the volunteers in the shop front, including training and development

Previous experience in charity shop is desirable but a flexible and CAN DO attitude is essential.

Hours of work – flexible but part time circa 25 hours with possibility of growing to full time. Job share may be considered.

Pay – depending on experience and will be reviewed in line with successful trading profits.
