LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers.
Every year LOROS needs to raise in excess of £5 million of voluntary income and LOROS Enterprises play a significant role in generating these essential funds.
As Deputy Retail Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in the overall operation of LOROS Enterprises which includes 29 retail premises across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. In addition you will be involved in the future development of the retail operation in order to generate funds for the Charity in line with agreed annual targets.
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious person, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has experience of people management. You will need to have a commercial acumen, be a thorough methodical thinker and have an understanding of the ethos of the organisation.
37.5 hours per week
