About the role:
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Administrator to join our busy, established and expanding Distribution Centre, to maximise our income from online retail sales.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with the Retail Team to identify and merchandise items for online sale across multiple platforms. You will ensure products are dispatched and any customer related queries are answered in a timely manner.
The role also involves assisting with regular sales reporting and KPI targets. You must be computer literate with good Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Office procedures and resources are IT based and at commercial standards.
You will also be articulate, with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Experience of working in a logistics environment would be desirable.
