Job Description

We are seeking a creative and ambitious manager, with experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver excellence. Knowledge and experience of online sales through Ebay & online websites (e.g. Shopify) is essential.

E-Commerce manager will facilitate the creation and implementation of DAA’s E-commerce strategy, and identify further improvements to maximise income and streamline costs. Daily tasks may include:

  • Oversee the organisation of a system for the storage, listing and dispatch of goods.
  • Lead on all strategic elements of the Trust’s E-commerce presence.
  • Develop multi platform integrators (e.g Website, third party platforms and Apps), ensuring cost effectiveness and the integrity of our brand.
  • Liaise with E-commerce Platforms Co-ordinator to review performance and maximise profitability of online sales.
  • Control expenditure and balance profit and loss accounts for each of our online platforms.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to DAA E-commerce team, driving performance to ensure all standards and targets are monitored and met.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, and has excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills. If you have experience in and a passion for online selling and social media with a creative flair and an interest in emerging trends for e-commerce and second-hand retail, we want to hear from you!
