This is a brand new role for someone who wants to build a career in online retail, who is passionate about the opportunities available to grow this income stream for St Catherine`s Hospice and make a real difference.
St Catherine’s cares for patients and families across Chorley, Preston and South Ribble who are affected by life-shortening conditions like cancer, motor neurone disease and heart failure. Our specialised care is here to help people enjoy the best possible quality of life, to the end of life. We work with patients and their loved ones at the hospice and in their own homes to help them achieve what is important to them in the time they have.
As the E Commerce Retail Manager you will be responsible for the income and growth of our online retail business, bringing with you your expertise and love of retail, you will source new platforms to sell both pre loved donations and branded Hospice merchandise, whilst also growing our successful EBay and Facebook selling sites.
With the Head of Retail you will develop an E commerce strategy focussed on growing and diversifying our online offer to achieve your vision, bringing your SEO and PPC expertise to maximise traffic and sales opportunities.
A hands on role, you will work closely with our 18 shop managers across the locality ensuring stock is available to service online demand.
