As our new National Retail Manager you will have technical experience and knowledge of shop operations and compliance.

You’ll be an inspirational leader, spotting opportunity to improve income and supporting the shop managers to achieve their full potential. The role requires excellent communication skills, working alongside our volunteers and groups who are integral to the success of their local shop.
In return, you’ll be contributing to the success of the MS Society working locally. The shops directly support services in their local communities. You’ll get to work with some of the most dedicated staff and volunteers within the organisation. The opportunity to make a positive contribution to our work is massive and you will be taking the lead in this.
Hours: Part time, 28 hours per week
We offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) a 35 hour working week, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
