We are recruiting for a retail Area/ Regional Manager role covering north London (Inner M25).
Due to our continued expansion and the need to constantly challenge ourselves by bringing in fresh points of view we are now growing our team of Regional/ Area Managers. Ideally I am looking for somebody that wants to develop into the next Head of Retail role. The successful candidate will help develop our systems and our procedures as well as making a significant contribution to our charity.
I have an opportunity for a retail leader that some people may consider daunting. Don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way. All that I ask is that you dive in, embrace the culture and use your natural leadership skills to develop your team, Region and colleagues.
You are the type of leader who has a plan, sticks to it and in fact gets your team to run through brick walls for you. Occasionally you get things wrong, when you do you react quickly, admit your mistake and fix it – this is one of the key behaviours we expect of our teams and your team love this about you.

You will need to be located in North London (currently there is no company car for this role which is why you need to live on patch). Shops include; Stoke Newington x 2, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Kentish Town, Highgate, Islington as well as some soon to be open high turnover shops.
