Job Description

If you enjoy a varied role where you can put your excellent customer service skills to good use, we have just the job for you. Our goal is to generate funds to support St Michael’s Hospice to provide excellent care and support. To help us do this we are seeking a Relief Shop Manager.

As a key member of the Retail team you will provide operational management and exemplary customer service, across our shops in Hastings and Rother, in the absence of the Shop Manager. This will include ensuring the shops look great, promoting sales, supporting the volunteers and making sure our customers enjoy their shopping experience with us. In addition, you’ll share your knowledge and expertise by delivering training and, by working with all our Shop Managers, ensure consistency and quality across our shops.

Ideally, you will have retail or service sector management experience and be driven to maximise sales knowing that this will help patients and families in your local area.

37.5 hours per week (Including weekend working)
