We are looking for an inspirational and experienced Retail Area Manager. You will play a crucial part in helping us generate vital income needed each year to provide our services to patients and those important to them in our community.
You will provide excellent leadership to retail personnel, striving for excellence in all our shops, ensuring we provide the best customer service and give a great shopping experience to all that enter our shops. You will also have experience in managing a portfolio of retail shops and their contracts/leases. As well as a good understanding of commercial knowledge, an understanding of charity retail and the ability to maximise revenue potential.
