Job Description

Our shops play a vital role in raising the essential funds for our Charity, each one is its own little treasure trove and unique community hub, with our brilliant shop volunteers keeping donations sorted, tidied and flying off the shelves.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us in our newly established role of Retail Area Manager!

This role will be responsible for supporting our charity shops and the opening of new shops across Cambridgeshire. It will also be responsible for managing the performance of the shops to maximise financial contribution and ensuring that high standards of presentation and customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience with multi-site charity shop management, experience of administration and back-office organisation along with experience of supervising employees/volunteers. You should also be able to provide excellent customer service in an efficient and courteous manner and build rapport with a variety of people. As this role will involve travelling to our different shops, it is a requirement that candidates hold a full UK driving licence.

Please note our shop operates 7 days per week, therefore, you will be working on a shift basis and expected to work some weekends.
