East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Retail team. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, this post has responsibility for shops across a defined area of East Anglia.
With responsibility for leading and motivating our shop teams to drive sales and maximise profit across your region, your day to day responsibilities will include monitoring performance, ensuring adequate staffing levels and identifying and implementing improvements.
You will also contribute to developing a culture of shared experience and expertise across the retail operation as well as demonstrate commercial initiative to increase sales, Gift Aid, donations and volunteer numbers.
Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of charity retail and experience of volunteer management, along with a track record of managing a high performing team delivering financial goals. Strong leadership skills and a desire to quickly engage and motivate your teams are a must.
