Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic person to support the Retail Director in the growth of the Retail Service.  Providing operational support in sourcing and opening new stores, the successful applicant will have previous or similar experience of supporting the growth of a retail and/or charity sector business.

The post-holder will play a crucial role in supporting the development of specific retail business areas, such as vintage markets and drop-spots, which will include having personal income targets and objectives to maximise revenue and develop the retail brand.

This is a hands on role, where enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are a must. No two days are the same and the successful applicant will need to be prepared to support other colleagues and cover areas outside of the day job when required. In return the post holder will receive a fantastic opportunity to develop and gain experience in a retail head office environment.
