The Retail Coordinator will be responsible for the retail activities at our Ditchingham site including developing sales and leading and inspiring our companions, volunteers and staff who work in the business. The post holder will work with the Director and Business team to implement a development plan improving the visual merchandising, stock control, customer journey and pricing guides at this unique venue. The post holder will also be responsible for overseeing any new retail developments on site such as partnerships with artisans and craft groups.
One of the key roles of this post is to create and deliver a calendar of on and off-site events and activities to run throughout the year to really put our beautiful site on the map.
If you have proven retail business development ability, vast amounts of creativity and flair, great communication skills, experience of training and supporting people from a range of backgrounds and a positive “can do” attitude we would love to hear from you. Working Hours – full time hours are 40 hours per week, a 5-day week over Tuesday to Sunday
