We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to develop and manage a network of charity retail stores across County Durham.
You will possess strong leadership and motivation skills with the ability to inspire, recruit, develop and retain a high calibre team of staff and volunteers to achieve income targets. Applicants will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in retailing and possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will be self-motivated with a goal orientated ‘can do’ attitude and be able to take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives.
Contract – Permanent
Salary – £30,000 per annum + 5% pension contribution
Deadline 4pm on 22 June 2017
The post is based at our head office at Belmont Business Park, Durham with a requirement to travel countywide.
Hours 37.5 per week
Holidays 38 days per annum rising to 41 days per annum with length of service
