The modern charity retail environment is challenging and professional – you will be the sort of person who is able to keep our charity shop in tip top condition, help create eye catching and innovative window displays, and ensure all clothing and other products are displayed well in order to achieve optimum sales.
We are looking for a self-motivated, creative individual who will be responsible for handling sales at the till, encouraging, managing and sorting donations, maintaining standards and providing excellent customer experience.
As part of the retail team, you will have commercial awareness together with a focus on driving sales, understanding of high street retail fashion as well as experience of creating a pleasant and helpful environment for your customers, colleagues and volunteers.
As a retail manager for Bath Cats & Dogs Home in our Oldfield Park, Bath Charity Shop you will need experience of Windows IT packages such as Word and Excel, and also have an understanding of social media.
You will be keen to ensure that both our customers and donors receive first class care and attention, as well as help to promote Bath Cats & Dogs Home and the work that we do within the community.
