Job description:
Thames Hospice is the local charity providing expert care for people living with life-limiting illnesses in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. A vital part of our work is also supporting their families and carers.

You will be responsible for a thriving Thames Hospice Retail shop, where you will be expected to manage and lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise profits to meet set targets and objectives.

You will maintain a well-presented shop to create a clean and vibrant environment for both your team to work in and your customers to shop in.

About you:
You will have an enthusiastic approach to working in a creative environment, able to inspire a team to build respectful relationships with the local community whilst role modelling Thames Hospice core values and behaviours. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a developing business that supports people in the local community.

Hours: 40 hours per week
