As a Retail Shop Manager you will manage the daily operation of both our Langley Moor and Meadowfield stores, leading the teams to effectively achieve the sales budgets and control costs.
The successful applicant will be a team player and have demonstrable management experience in retail/ customer service in the commercial or voluntary sector. Personal attributes to include the ability to work on self- initiative, able to successfully lead and motivate a team, possess excellent communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and promote the profile of the Hospice. You will be expected to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the business.
32.5 hours per week
