About this job:
You’ll be an inspirational leader, spotting opportunity to improve income and supporting the shop managers to achieve their full potential. The role requires excellent communication skills, working alongside our volunteers and groups who are integral to the success of their local shop. This is a relatively new role so implementation of processes and systems with stakeholders will be an integral skill, as will negotiation and influencing.

In return, you’ll be contributing to the success of the MS Society working locally. The shops directly support services in their local communities. You’ll get to work with some of the most dedicated staff and volunteers within the organisation. The opportunity to make a positive contribution to our work is massive and you will be taking the lead in this.

Initially an 18 month FTC with a view to this being a permanent role, and heading up our future retail strategy with your counterpart in the North.

The shop locations are: Exeter, Exmouth & the Isle of Wight.

We offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) pro rata, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported development opportunities.

Type: Part-time, 14 hours per week, initially 18 month FTC
