We are looking for an inspiring and innovative senior retail professional, to join our team as Retail Operations Manager. Working with the Head of Retail, the role will help plan and action the business’s retail strategy to ensure profitability and effective use of resources.

You will be able to drive new growth – using both data analysis to establish useful trends and KPIs to build from and identifying opportunities where technology can be used to boost our stores.

Alongside the Area Manager, you will help develop individual plans informed by store data for each location, to provide clarity and motivation for managers. Our Relief Managers will also need coordinating to ensure they are providing the most relevant support across the retail network. Empowering the wider retail team to spark shop creativity and quality management will require the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills and an uplifting management style.

The successful candidate will be a driven and confident individual, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the marketplace and a passion for retail are a must.

Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Permanent
