We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager / Head of Retail to help us deliver our charity retail ambitions. We have opened our 1st shop in Gloucester & are opening our 2nd in Cheltenham. We are looking to expand across Gloucestershire initially, then widening around Hereford & South Wales. This is a practical “hands on” role, hence the initial emphasis on Retail Operations Management with a view that the role develops into our Head of Retail but the first year or two will be likely to be very shop rather than office based. It is a challenging role to help us build our successful newly established charity retail operations but with the potential to make a very big impact for our charity. You must have charity retail experience.
