Job description:
Are you an experienced charity retailer looking to progress your career? Would you like the opportunity to work for a successful and ambitious charity at an exciting time of growth?

The Opportunity
Come and help us continue to develop our fabulous shops across Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire, at the same time as developing your own area management skills. We had a really successful year last year and now need someone to support our Retail Team and work with our Head of Retail to progress our ambitious expansion plans.

About You
You’ll be an experienced and organised charity retailer confident working in a fast paced, community based environment. Motivated by our cause, and the knowledge your hard work will make a difference to local people, you’ll be organised, proactive and commercially aware. You will have the passion for training and an understanding of leadership and retail to motivate teams to be the best they can be. Most of all, you should love working with people as creating a happy and productive working environment is key to the success of our Retail operation.

Why join Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity?
In return you’ll be rewarded with an interesting role, a competitive salary, and being part of a caring, supportive culture. You would get the support and training to help you to develop your area management skills and progress your charity retail career. You would be part of our amazing team – our staff and volunteers run an exciting and successful Retail operation, focused on making the most of donated product and providing a great experience for our customers and donors. Ultimately you will be helping to raise funds to provide palliative and end of life care for local people by Florence Nightingale Hospice, both in the Hospice itself and in the community.
