Based in the beautiful village of Bartestree, approximately 5 miles east of Hereford city, St Michael’s Hospice has been providing the highest quality care, free of charge, to the local community for over 35 years. This care is made possible by our incredible Retail Shops and Home & Living Stores throughout the county.
As the Retail Support Manager, you will manage St Michael’s Hospice Retail Shops in order to maximise income and profitability. You will ensure that all financial, non-financial targets and KPIs are reached across multiple sites. You will be providing support to managers, staff and volunteers through regular visits to ensure retail sites are being managed effectively.
To be successful you will need to have experience of multi-site management, be customer focused, reliable, experience of budget management, and able to motivate a team with a personable and friendly approach.
