Job Description

We are looking for a Support Manager to work closely with our Regional Manager, supporting the stores to deliver performance, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a field role, whilst still retaining the hands on approach of a Store Manager, primarily the role is to support our fabulously unique Boutique stores in Auchterarder, Perth and Bridge of Allan, but also to be ready to support in our incredibly busy Discount stores, such as Grangemouth, and across the region on the East coast.  The role will be varied, including supporting stores with training, standards of processes and merchandising, recruiting volunteers, stock levels and covering for annual leave to ensure we can keep stores open.  If you think this might be for you but have more questions, our Regional Manager Sally would love to discuss the opportunity further with you on 07702 802657.
