We have an exciting opportunity for someone with the drive and focus needed to run our brand new department store in the Market Place, Spalding, which also includes our very first coffee shop! The post holder will work closely with the Management Team to achieve set targets and maintain high standards of display and customer service expected in the shop.
Responsibilities of the job include stock preparation and control, shop floor display, managing a staff and volunteer team to include overseeing the café, cash handling, banking and paperwork.
Applicants must be educated to a minimum of Grade C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. It is essential that applicants have at least 2 years retail experience to supervisory level. A knowledge and enthusiasm for shop displays, fashion, vintage/retro and collectables would be a distinct advantage.
