We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing retail network – We have had one of the biggest expansion programs in the sector!! Our Retail portfolio now contains 108 shops with over 2,500 volunteers.
Your role will make a real difference by helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our frontline work with the most disadvantaged children and young people in England.
As a Shop Manager you will manage [an Assistant Shop Manager along with] a team of volunteers to generate income and maximise sales of donated and bought in stock. You will responsible for the day to day management of the shop which includes sourcing, pricing and merchandising stock along with monitoring sales against target. You will also play an active role in building and maintaining relationships in your local community
We are looking for someone who has already worked in the retail sector, with great customer service skills, effective communication skills, commercial awareness, the drive to maximise sales, and have demonstrable leadership experience.
