Role purpose: To effectively manage the day to day running of the shop, staff and volunteers, with the aim of achieving optimum profit, by maximising sales and controlling direct shop expenses.
Management responsibility: Management of team of shop volunteers
Key accountabilities – Generic:
To supervise and encourage team members and volunteers to maximise their potential through continuous learning whilst challenging and dealing with under performance.
To recruit, manage and develop staff and volunteers within our HR and operational policies and procedures in conjunction with our lead trainer/supervisor
To utilise volunteers appropriately within the shop
Attend team meetings
To demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence
To work within Citizens Advice policies and procedures at all times.
Salary 21 hours @ £10.20 an hour, Thursday to Saturday
