Shop Sales Assistant (Wanstead)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving Charity shop team in Wanstead.

As the Sales Assistant you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and support the Sales Team to deliver this.

Job summary

• To oversee the flow of stock on the sales floor and the flow of stock in and out of the shop, so the shop targets are met.
• To work using the digital process of booking stock in and out according to retail processes.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to the Stockroom volunteer team.
• Ensure the stockroom and related operations are run efficiently.
• Cash up or lock up the shop as and when needed.
