Wandsworth Oasis is a rapidly growing chain of charity shops in South West London. We raise funds for HIV prevention and support projects in South London through our shops and community events programme.
Scope and purpose of position
Reporting to the Area Manager, we are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to help manage and grow our chain of community based charity shops. Requirements: hardworking, a great sense of humour, an innate sense of customer service, flexibility, excellent sales skills, a head for numbers and a passion for charity shops and retail. Working closely with loyal teams of volunteers and the existing staff members, this is a varied role, focussing on maximising revenue across all shops. Opportunities to engage with the local community and use social media to promote the charity and its activities. Based in Battersea but potentially going elsewhere in SW London to cover holidays etc.

This is a temporary contract for one year.
Terms and conditions
37.5 hours a week (part time/job share may be considered). Flexible working including weekends. Salary dependent on experience with a holiday entitlement of 30 days per annum pro rata and pension.
