We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Superstore Manager, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday to lead a team of volunteers in our flagship furniture and electrical store in Ellesmere Port. Relevant retail experience is essential. Previous furniture sales experience would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have experience in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial figures and are ICT literate. Excellent people supervisory/management, communication and customer service skills and experience is a must. It is essential to have experience in recruiting and working with volunteers.
