The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance Charitable Trust (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. We are currently undergoing a period of significant growth and development and are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Retail Team based in Mansfield Woodhouse, in Nottinghamshire.
We are on an exciting journey and this new post will be key in leading a small team of staff and a large team of volunteers. To be successful, the store requires a manager who appreciates systems, processes to grow production and turnover and understands the value of donated items. We are looking for someone who can bring innovation to LNAA’s retail outlet to develop a unique experience for our customers.
Successful candidates will be driven, enthusiastic and experienced in Retail Management and able to embrace our core values of Teamwork, Respect, Innovation and Compassion.
You will demonstrate great people skills and have an ability to build high performance teams, with some logistics and risk management experience either gained in a warehouse or large retail setting.
If you are good with numbers, Key Performance Indicators and targets alongside a drive for retail excellence then this could be for you!
