We are looking for someone to develop our Trading Company for the benefit of the Home-Start Teesside Charity, bringing new ideas. At the moment we have 4 charity shops.
As Trading Company Manager, your role will encompass all the areas of work that you would expect at this level i.e., supervising the maintenance of our charity shops, having good operational and personnel management skills, excellent organizational and business management skills.
We are looking for someone with multi-site management experience, commercial awareness, as well as experience in retail – ideally in the charity sector, having the experience of e-sales, Gift Aid and Social Media.
You must have a flexible approach to your workload, having the ability to drive profitability, be a motivational leader driven by results and have a flair for fundraising.
Our plan is to develop our Trading Arm, bringing scope for the growth of this role.
The position requires the use of a car – mileage is paid.
