CRA publishes new Covid-19 operational guide

Ahead of charity shops reopening, the CRA has published an updated version of its Covid-19 Operational Guide. The guide provides guidance on operating safely during the pandemic.

The new guide includes new information on a range of important issues including:

• Ventilation
• Equality duties
• Spot checks
• New legal duties in Wales

Please discard previous versions of this guide, and work from the new version. The guide can be found here.
